My Commercial Lawyer is the trading name of the legal practice operated by Moran Legal Services Limited (“MLS”). Alister Moran and James Moran are the principals and are responsible for the operation of MLS. James Moran is the lead provider of MLS’s commercial law practice.
James Moran
James Moran’s specialist area of legal practice includes business sales and purchases, commercial leases, consumer law, terms of trade, corporate governance, buying and selling shares, share issues and helping people buy into investments or syndications. His experience comes from his time working at a prominent commercial law firm and within a large public listed company. His ability to understand commercial versus legal reality financially assists his clients, including his understanding of numbers, finance, business strategy, taxation and financial reporting which separates James from other lawyers on a transaction and their advice.
